Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Westmoreland man and New York Mills woman were arrested after an investigation
into a domestic dispute.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office says they found the suspect and his girlfriend in
possession of hypodermic needles, marijuana, heroin and a large amount of cash.

19-year old Sewell Claycomb and 18-year old Kayle DelMastro were arrested following a
traffic stop on Oriskany Boulevard.

Claycomb and DelMastro were both charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance
and possessing hypodermic needles.

DelMastro was also charged with unlawful possession of marijauna.
