Domestic Dispute Leads To Cell Phone Theft & Arrest

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica police arrested a man for allegedly making off with two cell phones after an argument with his girlfriend. According to officials, 26-year-old Cory Brown, pushed the woman's door open during the domestic dispute, grabbed the two phones and left with them.

Police say they arrested the suspect a short distance away from the scene of the crime. Brown is charged with Petit Larceny--a misdemeanor, and will face the charge at a later date in Utica City Court.
