Domestic Incident Leads To Arrest

Utica, NY (WIBX) – A Utica man is facing several charges after domestic violence incident at the Williams Trailer Park in Bridgewater.
State Police arrested 23-year old Justin Cacilhas and charged him with assault, strangulation, criminal mischief, unlawful imprisonment and unlawful possession of marijauna.
Cacilhas was arraigned and sent to the Oneida County jail on $20,000 dollars bail
