Driver Involved In Crash Allegedly Under The Influence

New Hartford Police say a three-vehicle accident on Commerical Drive in front of Consumer Square was caused by a driver who was allegedly under the influence of drugs.

Police say 25-year old Colby Sadallah of Utica was rendered unconscious prior to the collision.

They say paramedics had to revive Sadallah with the use of Narcan. It was also determined that Sadallah had taken the vehicle he was driving without permission of its owner.

Sadallah is facing several charges, including operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a drug and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle

One of the drivers of the other vehicles was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
