Drunk Driving Charged Following Rollover Crash in Cortlandville

A Solon woman is charged with drunk driving after Cortland County Sheriff’s officials responded to a report of a roll-over accident on Route 41 near the Elm Street Extension in the Town of Cortlandville at 1:43 a.m. October 21.

Deputies say they found 27 year old Lisa Soshinsky with her vehicle in a field.  She was not seriously hurt.

The authorities say Soshinsky’s vehicle left the road, hit a guide rail and rolled onto its side in the field.

In addition to drunk driving, Soshinsky is charged with driving across hazard markings and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle.  She was released to a third party.
