Duffy Keynote Speaker at 118th Annual Meeting of the Greater Utica Chamber of Commerce

Former Lieutenant Governor Robert Duffy is the keynote speaker at today's annual meeting of the Greater Utica Chamber of Commerce.

Duffy, who now heads the Rochester Business Alliance, will take to the podium at noon, following a reception at 11:30am.

The meeting takes place at Hart's Hill Inn, located at 135 Clinton Street in Whitesboro.

Mohawk Valley Health System CEO Scott Perra will be honored as the Chamber's Person of the Year.
