Dundee Man Facing Multiple Rape Charges In Madison County

Madison County, NY (WIBX) - A Dundee Man is facing multiple rape charges following a joint investigation between the Madison County Sheriff's Office and the Madison County Children's Advocacy Center. Officials charged 49-year-old Edward Dean with three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and three counts of 3rd Degree Rape.

Dean is accused in three separate incidents involving the same victim who is under the age of 17. The suspect was arraigned in the Town of Lincoln Court and is currently being held in the Madison County Jail with cash bail set at $5,000 or $10,000 Bond. He's due back in court on December 1, 2011.
