In a scene we haven’t seen since Judge Reinhold fought off a robber in ‘Fast Times at Ridgemont High,’ an employee at a Dunkin’ Donuts in West Haven, Connecticut broke up a robbery by tossing coffee on the would-be thief.

The suspect tried to climb through the drive-thru to get his hands on some cash during the incident last weekend, but the employee – who identified herself only as Angelica -- did some quick thinking by grabbing a pot of coffee and dousing it in his face:

I did see his coffee that I made him, so I looked at (it) quick, threw him the first one. Looked at the pots of coffee and threw the pot of coffee at him.  That’s when he started running into his truck and then he left, and I said, 'Go run on Dunkin.'"

Way to go, Angelica. Not only does she get points for stopping the burglary, but she gets a bonus for being quick-witted enough to talk trash by coming up with her own creative take on the chain’s “America runs on Dunkin” slogan. We thought heroes only pulled that off in the movies.
