EADS To Hold Emergency Training At Griffiss Park

Rome, NY (WIBX) - The Eastern Air Defense Sector in Rome will be conducting an emergency management exercise today.

The exercise will take place  at the Griffiss Business and Technology Park and will test EADS ability to respond to a gunman at the facility.

The Rome Police and Fire Departments will also participate.

All activities will take place within the park and will not involve the public.

However, businesses located at the park may notice emergency vehicles responding to EADS as part of the exercise.
