Ever since the Utica St. Patrick's Day parade got moved due to weather, many began to wonder if weather would cause more problems with the parade on March 28th. Early weather predictions from the National Weather Service out of Binghamton show a warm, but possibly a rainy parade day.

As of early in the week, the National Weather Service is predicting for Saturday in Utica a 40% chance of rain showers. If we don't see rain, we'll see mostly cloudy skies with a high near 53. As we get closer to parade day, we will have a updated weather forecast.

That's the complete opposite for the weather that did happen on the original parade date, with wind chills below zero.
