Eaton Man Arrested For Predatory Assault Against A Child

A Madison county man is under arrest for predatory assault against a child.

26-Year old Andrew J.F. Hilborn of Eaton was charged with allegedly having inappropriate relations with a child under the age of thirteen several times between August and October 2013.

Hilborn was sent to the Madison County jail on $150,000 bail.

The Madison County Child Advocacy Center and Child Protective Services assisted New York State Police with the investigation.
