The CNY SPCA handles all cruelty calls for Oneida, and we invite you to join us in honoring Deputy Timothy Hahn with the Kizey Award for 2018. Guests will enjoy a dinner buffet at Justin's Tuscan grill and a silent auction. All proceeds will benefit the CNY SPCA
