The Farmers' Museum in Cooperstown is pleased to present two performances of Charles Dickens's beloved "A Christmas Carol" at 3 pm and 7 pm on Sunday, December 15.  Tickets are $15 adults and $10 students. For more information, visit FarmersMuseum.org/dickens.

The play tells the story of Ebenezer Scrooge, a bitter old man who devoted his life to money and business until three ghosts show him the error of his ways.

"This exciting holiday event will mark the first major collaboration between our museum and the Smithy Center for the Arts. We both hope to establish an annual holiday tradition with the show,” commented Todd Kenyon, Director of Marketing at The Farmers’ Museum and Fenimore Art Museum.

Performed by Glimmer Globe Theater, the production will feature a cast of local talent that includes Gary Koutnik (Scrooge), Michael Henrici, Steve Dillon, Abbey Koutnik, Don Raddatz, Danielle Newell, Susan and Frank Miosek, Andy Puritz, Jake Wansor, Penny Knight, Andrea Wilfeard, Mike Davis, Jonah Groom, Cate Thompson, Montana Murdock, Joey Bertram, and Anna Lambert.

"A Christmas Carol" will be presented in the Louis C. Jones Center at The Farmers' Museum, 5775 State Highway 80, Cooperstown, NY.
