Additional Information

Save money and enjoy your favorite plants next year! Learn the basic techniques of how you can save seeds from flowers, vegetables, and herbs in this hands-on workshop, using plants from the Parker F. Scripture Botanical Garden. Bring some of your own seeds if you would like to exchange them with other participants. Other seed saving experts will be on hand to provide seeds for exchange. Please dress for the weather and expect to get your hands dirty outside in the gardens! Tour the gardens afterwards and visit with other master gardeners who will be on hand with educational displays and a plant sale as well as on-site soil pH testing. If you register for this class, one soil pH test will be included with your fee.
