North Country Eat Smart NY invites low-income families to enjoy an afternoon with fun physical activity, a food demo and tasting on Thursday August 17th from 1PM - 4PM at the Rome Rescue Mission. The event is free to attend.

and when school age kids come and learn about these healthy habits they get to earn a new backpack or lunch bag, along with extra school supplies.
