The Kirkland Art Center Gallery presents ‘Just Add Water’

Opening Reception: Thursday, July 2nd 8pm – 10:00pm
Preview Party 7pm – 8pm
Artists are provided with up to five (max) new QoR watercolor sample cards. Samples include QoR paint and watercolor paper. Artists are invited to create and donate an original artwork using the provided materials with the option of including one other medium. All artwork will be exhibited at the Kirkland Art Center for the exhibition: Just Add Water from July 2nd to August 7th 2015.
All participating artists are provided one complimentary ticket to the pre-party ($10 value) to be followed by the opening reception on Thursday July 2nd.
AWARDS:
(1) Best of Show: $100, $150 Golden Gift Certificate and KAC Membership
(2) Honorable Mentions: $100 Golden Gift Certificate and KAC Membership
All donated artwork will be for sale for $20 to support the KAC’s mission: The mission of the Kirkland Art Center is to educate children and adults to advocate for artists and the arts, and to engage the community in a range of cultural experiences and opportunities.
All participating artists will have their name listed on KAC’s web site with optional web link. Artwork exhibited in the gallery will be anonymous with the artists name to be revealed once the artwork has sold.

The Kirkland Art Center hosts 8 exhibitions annually including group shows, juried shows and a community art project. The KAC gallery is located in the village of Clinton, NY. Gallery hours are 9:30am – 4:30pm Monday through Friday or by appointment.
