Execution Of Search Warrant Ends With Suspect’s Arrest
Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica police officials say they seized a quantity of cocaine and marijuana, including drug packaging materials, following the execution of a search warrant on Howard Avenue. Officials say the operation by the department's Metro Unit is the result of an investigation into the sale and distribution of narcotics. The suspect, 25-year-old Andread Nobles, was arrested and faces the following charges:
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th-A misdemeanor
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th -D felony
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd- B felony
- 2 counts of Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd- A misdemeanor
- Unlawful Possession of Marijuana-violation
- Harassment 2nd-violation
- Obstructing Governmental Administration
