Work is moving along on construction of "Exit 33" at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino.

The new mult-venue entertainment complex is scheduled to open next month.

300 local construction workers and trades craftsmen are working on the $25 million project.

Greg Lancette, President of the Central and Northern New York Building Trades Council, says it provides a big boost for the local economy.

"Exit 33" will house a country music bar, a rock and roll club and a lounge and cocktail bar.

It will create over 130 permanent jobs.

The July opening of "Exit 33" will coincide with the celebration of the Turning Stone's 20th Anniversary.
