* MAXIMUM SNOWFALL RATES...UP TO ONE INCH PER HOUR POSSIBLE THIS
  AFTERNOON INTO EARLY EVENING.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL OVERSPREAD THE AREA BETWEEN LATE MORNING AND
  EARLY AFTERNOON. THE SNOW WILL BE HEAVIEST DURING THE AFTERNOON
