A man faking mental retardation claims to be making between $60,000-$100,000 a year by simply asking for money in Kentucky.

A T.V. station caught him, and he openly admits he’s faking, however, as you will hear in the report below, some of this man’s story is true. The report indicates there is some truth his story of an injury and a lawsuit, but he’s still a dirty con-artist.
