Fatal Accident in Norway, One Year Old Dead

Norway, NY (WIBX) - A one year old is dead, following a motor vehicle accident on the campgrounds of the Adirondack Gateway Campground, located in the Town of Norway. New York State Police tell WIBX that 32 year old Amber Zawisza was backing a Dodge Grand Caravan out of a campsite on the property, just as the little girl was walking behind the vehicle.

The one year old suffered severe head trauma and was rushed to a local hospital, where she later died. The investigation is still under investigation.
