Faxton St. Luke’s Nurse Arrested For Illegally Obtaining Drugs

New Hartford, NY (WIBX) - A nurse at Faxton Saint Luke's Healthcare is facing multiple charges after allegedly stealing drugs from the hospital.

State Police in Marcy say Robert Adasek, 43, of Proctor Boulevard in Utica, obtained two controlled substances, diluadid and morphine, used to control severe pain in patients.

Adasek is charged with one felony count of Falsifying Business Records, and one misdemeanor count of Obtaining Narcotics by Deceit.

State Police worked with the New York State Bureau of Narcotics Enforcement.
