WASHINGTON (AP) — FBI Director James Comey has told Congress that after
reviewing newly discovered Hillary Clinton emails, the bureau remains opposed to bringing criminal charges. Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump said Clinton is being protected by a "rigged system" and pronounced her "guilty," despite the FBI's conclusion.
