Fifth Fugitive On Top Ten Most Wanted List Captured

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office says another fugitive on their Top Ten Most Wanted List has been captured.

46-year old Pavel Brutsky, who was number nine of the list, was taken into custody at the Turning Stone Casino after being recognized by members of the Oneida Indian Nation Police.

Brutsky was arraigned on a charge of grand larceny and sent to the County Jail without bail.

Since the Sheriff's Office released its updated Top Ten list on June 16th, five of the ten fugitives have been arrested.
