"Nemo," the storm that was touted as threatening to be the worst in thirty-five years, is now being downgraded in the Mohawk Valley.  It is still expected to hit other regions in the state hard.

Meteorologist Jennifer Narramore says we should still expect six to ten inches of snow in the area.  Governor Andrew Cuomo is activating the State Emergency Operations Center beginning at noon.
