The first of three defendants in the Floyd bombing case was sentenced in Oneida County Court on Wednesday.

62-year old Donna Seppi was sentenced to one and-a-third to four years in state prison after previously pleading guilty to conspiracy.  An order of protection was also issued on behalf of the victim.

Keith Seppi and Cindy Shields will be sentenced in December.

The three were charged with planting an explosive device that critically injured corrections office Alan Dobransky in May.

Authorities say Shields had been working as the caretaker for Dobransky’s mother in Ohio for four years and allegedly stole money from her.  They say Dobransky had planned to make a report to law enforcement in Ohio.
