Five new retailers are coming to the Riverside Center in North Utica.

Mayor Robert Palmieri says the city Planning Board has given preliminary approval to Riverside Enterprises to construct a new 7,500 square foot building on the Horatio Street site.

The structure will feature five retail spaces, including ZoomTan, GNC and a Game Stop.

Tenants for the rest of the building have not yet been announced.

The proposed building will be constructed on the western side of the property, adjacent to Route 12.
