FLSH Hosting Culture Fair

Utica, NY (WIBX) – Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare is being proactive when it comes to the health of Utica’s refugee population.
On April 23rd, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., the group will host a culture fair in AC conference rooms 3, 4 and 5 at its campus on Champlin Avenue.
The event features two presentations from Jean Skahan, of the Mohawk Valley Resource Center for Refugees, discussing ways to improve the health of international residents.
Also, posters made by SUNYIT students and FSLH employees will be displayed, providing information about the various cultures in our community.
The fair is free to attend.
