Forestport Man Arrested

A Forestport man was arrested over the weekend for allegedly threatening a woman with a shotgun.

State police say they arrested Oscar Nunez, 33, of Loucks Road on Saturday after responding to a domestic dispute.

Police say Nunez brandished a shotgun at the woman and threatened her. He was charged with 3rd degree criminal possession of a weapon, endangering the welfare of a child and 2nd degree harassment.

He was sent to the Oneida County Jail on $5,000 bail.
