Former County Chairman “Jack” Williams Dies

Utica, NY (WIBX) – For Oneida County Board Chairman “Jack” Williams has died.
John Williams, often called “Jack”, served as a county legislator for 17 years, along with a six year stint as chairman in the 90′s.
Until last year, he had served as the county’s Commissioner of Public Works.
County Executive Anthony Picente says flags at all county buildings will be at half staff through the end of the week.
