Former Frankfort Officer Charged

Marcy, NY (WIBX) – State Police have arrested a former Village of Frankfort Police officer and charged him with criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of stolen property.
Police say 39-year old Daniel Herrman of Yorkville was in possession of an unregistered and stolen Glock pistol.
The gun was property of the Frankfort Police Department.
