The forgery charge is the result of an on-going investigation into the home she owns at 59 Flint Avenue.
Last Wednesday, State Police found the remains of a person they believe was last taken care of by Barthelmess inside of a crate outside the abandoned home.
The body has yet to be identified but is believed to be Donald Wichelns, was last seen between 2004 and 2006.
