Four Utica residents are facing charges after an altercation at a Genesee Street home.

Police say the victim claimed that after refusing to lend money to a person he was hanging out with, the man allegedly attacked the victim and was joined by two other men in kicking and punching the him.

At that time a 17 year old girl, who's name is not being released due to age, tried to take the victim's cell phone. When he wouldn't give up the phone, she allegedly kicked the man in his genitals getting him to drop the phone.

The suspects, identified as Matthew Langdon, John Zyla and Michael Dixon took the victim's cell phone and left the area before being caught by UPD officers.

Matthew Langdon, 25, and the 17 year old girl are both charged with second degree robbery.

John Zyla, 44, and Michael Dixon, 21, were both charged with a harassment violation.
