Utica, NY (WIBX) - Four people were taken into police custody following a traffic stop in the area of Bleecker and Genesee Street.According to Utica police, all four occupants are facing drug charges. During their investigation, police allegedly uncovered a hypodermic needle, paraphernalia typically used to filter heroin prior to injecting it, and an unknown substance that's still being investigated.

30-year-old Heather Rapasadi of Sherrill, 22-year-old Christopher Rosbrook of Clinton, 29-year-old Jeffrey Brown of New Hartford and an 18-year-old male, whose name was not released, are facing the following charges:

  • Arrested: Heather Rapasadi (30) East Hinds Ave Sherrill NY
    • Charges: Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance-misdemeanor, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a MV-misdemeanor Traffic summons
  • Arrested: Christopher Rosbrook (22) Seneca Turnpike Clinton NY
    • Charges: Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance-misdemeanor
  • Arrested: Jeffrey Brown (29) Mallory rd New Hartford NY
    • Charges: 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance-misdemeanor, False Personation-misdemeanor (warrant)
  • Arrested: 18 year old male (not named or pictured)
    • Charges: Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance-misdemeanor
