Four Arrested After No Knock Search Warrant

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Four people have been arrested following a no knock search warrant. Utica Police say they conducted the raid at 401 Rutger Street in Utica and found marijuana, cocaine and cash along with other illegal drug paraphernalia.

According to the report, 25 year old Rickey Jackson, 27 year old Ricky Jimenez and 21 year old Julius Gonzales, all of Utica, are facing Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana charges. Also, 22 years old Jessica Relyea of Verona has been charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.

The no knock search warrant was carried out by the Oneida County Drug Enforcement Task Force in partnership with members of UPD's Emergency Response Team on Wednesday February 9, 2011, at approximately 6:00p.m.
