Four Oneida juveniles have been arrested in connection with the May 17 fire that destroyed a building on Hubbard Place and West Elm Street.

Oneida City Police say a 12 year old, two 14 year olds and a 15 year old were all charged with criminal trespassing and one of the 14 year olds was charged with 4th degree arson.

The 14 year old allegedly lit papers in a recycling bin and spread them to other boxes of papers.

All four will appear at the Madison County probation department to answer charges.
