Four People Arrested In Underage Drinking Operation

Clinton, NY (WIBX) - State Police in Marcy arrested four people during an underage drinking operation at the Village Tavern in Clinton.

According to officials, Brian Hanna, 30, of Herkimer, a bartender, allegedly served alcohol to several minors on Friday.

He is charged with unlawfully dealing with a child and prohibited sale of alcohol, both misdemeanors.

Also arrested were Timothy Waters, 20, of Clinton; Christopher Jusuf, 19, of Huntington Beach, California, and Thomas McKeown, 20, of Long Meadow, Massachusetts.

Waters was charged with one felony count of Possession of a Forged Instrument, while Jusuf and MeKeown face one count each of Possession of Alcohol by a Person Under 21.

McKeown was also charged with Disorderly Conduct.
