Frankfort Woman Charged With Identity Theft

New Hartford, NY (WIBX) – A Frankfort woman has been arrested in connection with incident that took place in August of last year at Belden’s Jewelers in the Sangertown Mall.
According to the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office, 24-year old Christina Cobb used the personal information of another person to establish a line of credit at the store.
Deputies say Cobb then used the line of credit to purchase over $5,000 worth of jewelry.
Cobb is charged with first-degree identity theft, a felony.
