Freezing Rain Advisory in Effect for Utica, Rome, Syracuse Area

A freezing rain advisory is in effect for parts of Central New York this morning.  

The National Weather Service says that a glaze of ice accumulation is possible on roads and sidewalks in the Utica, Rome, and Syracuse areas.

Chenango, Delaware, Madison, Oneida, and Otsego counteis are all under the advisory, in place until 7:00am today.
