Fugitive Arrested In Rome

A man wanted by authorities in Connecticut has been arrested in Rome.

Rome Police were conducting an investigative surveillance when they spotted 24 year-old Adrian Carter.

Carter was wanted for skipping out on his drug related parole in Connecticut.

He was taken into custody and is being held in Rome Police lock-up as a fugitive from Justice.
