Fugitive Task Force Arrests Utica Man On Several Charges

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Utica man faces several charges in connection two seperate domestic related arrest warrants, according to Utica police.

The US.. Marshals New York-New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested 23-year-old Donald Sims for allegedly violating an order of protection.

Sims is charged with two-counts of criminal contempt, along with criminal mischief, petty larceny and harrassment.

His bail is set at $12,500.
