Fulton Man Accused Of Fondling Minor

Fulton, NY (WIBX) - State police arrested a Fulton man for allegedly fondling a minor child younger than 12-years old. An investigation revealed that the abuse occurred several times over the past few months at the hands of 42-year old Joseph Thompson. Police say the incidents occurred at the suspect's home in the Town of Hannibal.

Thompson is charged with three counts of sexual abuse and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He was taken to the Oswego County jail with bond set at $3,000.
