Fulton Man Killed in Crash with Tractor Trailer, Propane Truck

A Fulton, NY man was killed after his vehicle collided head-on with a tractor trailer in Oswego County.

State Police say Lyle Wilcox, 55, was traveling on State Route 104 in Hannibal on Thursday afternoon when he crossed the center line and collided head-on with a tractor trailer. Wilcox's vehicle continued and struck a propane truck as well, police said.

Wilcox was killed in the accident.

Neither the driver of the rig, nor the driver of the propane truck were seriously injured in the accident, police said.
