The funeral for fallen New York State Trooper Christopher Skinner was held today.

Skinner died last Thursday after he was struck by a truck on Interstate 81 near Binghamton.

Hundreds of representatives of law enforcement agencies from across New York, Pennsylvania and several other states filled the First Baptist Church in Johnson City.

Governor Andrew Cuomo and State Police Superintendent Joseph D’Amico also attended the funeral.

60-year-old Almond Upton of Florida has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with Skinner’s death.

Police say Upton hit Skinner on purpose.
