POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. (AP) — Funeral services are set for the upstate New York man who was among the 10 U.S. sailors killed last month when a Navy ship collided with an oil tanker off Singapore.

The Poughkeepsie Journal reports (http://pojonews.co/2gXpU9D ) that a public wake for Corey George Ingram is being held from noon to 6 p.m. Monday at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 170 in the town of Poughkeepsie.

The funeral service will be held starting at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Mid-Hudson Civic Center in the city of Poughkeepsie.

The 28-year-old Ingram was an information systems technician 2nd class aboard the USS John McCain when it collided with a tanker on Aug. 21. Navy divers recovered the victims' remains inside flooded compartments of the ship in the days after the accident.
