WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. (AP) — Funeral services will finally be held for three of four homicide victims whose bodies were found buried on an ex-police officer's upstate New York rental property last year.

The Times Herald-Record of Middletown reports (http://bit.ly/2rEFYQH ) details of next week's services in Middletown came from the victims' families after a hearing held Wednesday in federal court in White Plains for the two suspects, 49-year-old Nicholas Tartaglione and 55-year-old Joseph Biggs.

Tartaglione, a former Westchester police officer, was charged with murder last year. Biggs, a security guard at a Hudson Valley school, was charged last week.

Prosecutors say the two men lured a man to an Orange County bar in April 2016 on a drug-related pretense. He was killed along with three men who accompanied him to the meeting.

The family of the fourth victim recently had him cremated.
