Gas Prices Continue to Climb

Utica, NY (WIBX) - The oil industry is putting a lump of coal into everyone's stockings this holiday.The average price for a gallon of gas in the Utica-Rome area has gone up 13 cents over the last month.

AAA's Ed Welsh says the current price of $3.23 a gallon is the highest since October of 2008.

Last year at this time, we were paying $2.83 a gallon.
