Gas Prices Falling In The Utica Rome Area

It's getting cheaper to fill up your gas tank.

Ed Welsh of AAA Central New York says the average price for a gallon of gas in the Utica-Rome area is now $3.73.

That's down four cents from last week and eight cents from a month ago.

Welsh says unless we have a hurricane or some serious issue in the Middle East, prices should continue to drop.

He says we could see prices fall by as much as 20 cents a gallon.
