The New York Giants are headed to the NFC Championship Game following an impressive 37-20 win over the Green Bay Packers on Sunday.

The Giants' defense kept Green Bay's power offense in check, forcing four turnovers - three fumbles and Deon Grant's interception of Aaron Rodgers late in the fourth quarter. Rodgers finished with 264 yards passing, two touchdowns, and the interception, while also scrambling for 66.

Eli Manning was intercepted once, but threw for 330 yards and three touchdowns, including a 37-yard Hail Mary pass to Hakeem Nicks on the final play of the first half (photo), putting New York ahead 20-10.

Nicks finished with two touchdowns and 165 yards receiving, which gives him a total  280 yards and four TDs this postseason.

On the ground, Ahmad Bradshaw averaged 5.3 yards on a dozen rushing attempts to finish with 63. But, it was Brandon Jacobs who put the game out of reach late in the fourth quarter with a 14-yard run into the end zone.

The Giants will travel to San Francisco to take on the NFC West Champions next Sunday. The 49ers defeated New York 27-20  in a Week 10 matchup earlier this season in San Francisco.

In the AFC, New England hosts Baltimore.

Both games will be carried live on WIBX 950.
