Giants Look To Get Back On Track Against Tampa Bay In Week 2
The New York Giants look to rebound from an Opening Night loss to the Dallas Cowboys as they host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at 1:00 on Sunday.
Eli Manning threw for just 213 yards and one touchdown in the Week 1 defeat – with six receptions for 58 yards Victor Cruz, despite his three drops. Hakeem Nicks had just 4 catches for 38 yards against the Cowboys and has been a limited participant in practice (foot) this week, but is expected to suit up.
Cornerbacks Prince Amukamara (ankle) and Michael Coe (hamstring) were limited in practice this week. Their status is uncertain Sunday.
Starting Center David Baas (hip) is also questionable.
The two biggest names on the Bucs’ injury report are LaGarrette Blount (neck) and Arrelious Benn (knee) were both full participants in practice this week.
